The "Baby Peach" has a bright, vivid green colour because we harvest them while they are still babies from late May to early June shortly after fruition. By cooking them in syrup with our patent recipe, we managed to keep the fresh green colour of Baby Peach even when exposed to air or heat. “Baby Peach” is a luxurious green ingredient that comes in handy for any recipe.

Another appealing factor is its petit size and round shape that perfectly suit a variety of dishes. Each Baby Peach is about 3cm in diameter. The seeds in Baby Peach are very soft and therefore easy to eat. (Please remove the seeds if you find them too hard to eat.)
